About our New Jersey Office (Newark)

The office building at One Gateway Center is connected directly to the World Trade Center and Penn Station providing easy access to New York City its business centers, theaters and other area attractions.

This first class business office complex and is conveniently located within the arts district of Newark, just 10 minutes from Newark International Airport and 15 minutes from Midtown Manhattan.

By Subway

From Midtown Manhattan
Go to Pennsylvania Station, 7th Ave. and 33rd St. Take a New Jersey Transit Train, N.E. Corridor, one stop to Newark. Exit Pennsylvania Station Newark via the door near the information booth on the street level. Walk across the plaza to One Gateway Center.

From Downtown Manhattan
Take the PATH train to Newark. Exit Pennsylvania Station Newark and follow instructions from Midtown, above.

By Car

Via Garden State Parkway - North
Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 140, 1st St., onto Rte. 22 East. Stay left until Exit marked "Newark/Rte. 21 North." Take Rte. 21/McCarter Highway approximately 1-1/2 miles to Market Street (The Gateway is on the right at the Raymond Blvd. intersection). Turn right on Market Street, turn left on Raymond Plaza.

Via Garden State Parkway - South
Follow Garden State Parkway South to Exit 145 onto Rte. 280 East. Bear right where 280 forks and follow signs marked "Harrison" to Exit 14A, "M.L. King Blvd." Exit and turn right at traffic light and proceed two more traffic lights to Central Avenue. Turn left onto Central Avenue for approximately 1/2 mile, crossing Broad Street, to Mulberry Street. Turn right onto Mulberry Street and at the fifth light turn left onto Market Street, after crossing McCarter Highway, left onto Raymond Plaza.

From Morristown Area - Via Route 24
Follow Rte. 24 East, which becomes Rte. 78 East. Follow Rte. 78 East to Exit 58A which is marked "Newark". Follow this Exit onto Rte. 1 South for approximately 1 mile to Exit marked "Rte. 21 North." Follow Rte. 21/McCarter Hwy. to Market Street turn right onto Market Street, turn left onto Raymond Plaza

From Bergen County - Via Route 17
Follow Rte. 17 South, to Rte. 3 West, to Rte. 21 South. Follow Rte. 21/McCarter Hwy. approximately 6 miles to Market Street, turn left at the next intersection, Edison Place, turn the next left onto Alling Street. Turn left onto Raymond Blvd.

Via New Jersey Turnpike - North or South
Follow the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 15W. Pass through the Toll Booth and you will be on Rte. 280 West. Drive approximately 2 miles on 280 West to Exit 15 marked "Rte. 21/Newark." At this Exit, follow Rte. 21 South signs. (The ramp is a cloverleaf curve.) At the end of ramp turn right onto Rte. 21. Continue on Rte. 21/McCarter Hwy., approximately 1 mile, to Market Street, turn left at the next intersection -- Edison Place -- turn the next left onto Alling Street. Turn left onto Raymond Boulevard.

From Suburban Essex and Morris County Areas - Via Route 280 East
Take Rte. 80 East to Rte. 280 East and follow signs marked "Harrison" to Exit 14A, "M.L. King Blvd." Exit and turn right at traffic light and proceed two more traffic lights to Central Avenue. Turn left onto Central Avenue for approximately 1/2 mile, crossing Broad Street, to Mulberry Street. Proceed to Raymond Boulevard turn left onto Raymond Boulevard. (Same as Via Garden State Parkway South)

Lincoln Tunnel
Follow signs to New Jersey Turnpike South. Follow instructions "Via New Jersey Turnpike - North or South."

George Washington Bridge Take Rte. 80 West to New Jersey Turnpike - South. Follow instructions "Via New Jersey Turnpike - North or South."

Holland Tunnel
Take the New Jersey Turnpike extension to the New Jersey Turnpike North. Follow instructions "Via New Jersey Turnpike - North or South."

From Philadelphia
Take Rte. 95 North to Rte. 276 East to the New Jersey Turnpike North. Follow instructions "Via New Jersey Turnpike - North or South."
